Para conectar el jardín con la vivienda, se diseñó una pérgola de sujeción central que se abre hacia el cielo como una flor. De esta manera se evitan pilares incómodos que entorpecen el paso. Crecida la enredadera que la cubre, lo que queda es un pasillo atrayente para el paseo o para el descanso, ya que diseñamos un banco de obra en una de los laterales. Este pasillo verde es maravilloso de vivir en verano, cuando la sombra y el frescor de la vegetación te amparan, como en invierno, cuando la densidad de la vegetación es menor y te protege de los vientos a la vez que se cuelan cálidos rayos de sol. La intimidad de una zona con otra se consiguió en la finca gracias a los muros blancos exentos, que funcionan como biombos. Estos separadores cobran vida ya que son las pantallas perfectas para deleitarse con el juego de las sombras chinescas de los árboles movidas por el viento.

This multi function garden space was created for a family with young children. The garden was designed for all year round use and for both day and night. With multiple places to relax outdoor to catch the sun in various locations this garden has plenty of spaces to hideaway. It has an garden room with a fireplace with under floor heating and full electrics and Wifi connections. An outdoor bar feature for social occasions plus built in benches and a firepit. An extensive planting plan brings the space to life with an exotic theme to enhance the style of the design. An outdoor lighting plan bring the garden to life at night and creates all year round use.

Looking for a unique garden that embraced the harsh location and unique architectural characteristics of the contemporary home, the owner employed the expertise of Tim Davies and Levi Carter of Tim Davies Landscaping to design and build this stunning landscape. Being in close proximity to the coast, the planting palette needed to be closely considered to create a landscape that would be able to withstand the conditions. The client was determined to have a mature finish to the garden. In order to achieve this, Tim and Levi sourced a range of mature trees from around the state that were suitable for relocation. These species included Poinciana, Olive, Frangipani and Magnolia trees. Custom ornamentation also creates focal points throughout, while large graphite granite bowls and a custom solid granite planter alongside the pool work to tie the spaces together. This minimal, contemporary design by Tim Davies Landscaping combines high-quality finishes with mature, lush planting to create habitable spaces that work aesthetically. Grab Photography
