Replacing a 'builder-grade' fireplace with new, larger firebox created a real focal point in this transitional Living Room. The new stone surround was hand selected and integrated with new custom storage cabinets to create a subtle and functional backdrop to the Living Room. Sophisticated glass lamps, and furniture with modern lines highlight the homeowner's antique oil paintings. The blend of old and new bring a richness to the room.
