Архитектурное бюро “ЭРС” осуществляет проектирование бассейнов более 15 лет. Мы гордимся тем, что были одними из первых в России, кто начал выполнять проекты частных бассейнов. За годы работы нами было выполнено более 50-ти проектов бассейнов и около 10 проектов крупных оздоровительных комплексов, и практически все они реализованы. Вы можете ознакомиться с некоторыми нашими работами в разделе “Портфолио”, а также выбрать готовый проект бассейна в разделе “Магазин проектов”. Что входит в состав проекта бассейна? В состав проекта входят следующие разделы: 1) АС (архитектурно-строительная часть). В этом разделе содержатся принципиальные параметры здания, такие как: планировка, разрезы, фасады, схемы заполнения проемов, схемы расположения основных элементов здания, ведомости материалов и т.д. 2) КР (конструктивный раздел). В этом разделе содержится все, что касается конструкции здания. Схема дренажа, устройство фундамента, устройство чаши, устройство несущих конструкций, армирование, гидроизоляция, различные спецификации и т.д. 3) ОВ(отопление и вентиляция). 4) ВК(водопровод и канализация). 5) ЭО(электрика). 6) ТХ(технология). В этот раздел входит устройство водоподготовки бассейна: технологическая схема системы фильтрации бассейна, принципиальная электрическая схема оборудования бассейна, план отверстий чаши бассейна, план обвязки фильтрационного оборудования бассейна и т.д. А также руководство по эксплуатации: общие рекомендации по эксплуатации бассейна, заполнение и подпитка бассейна, первоначальный нагрев воды, фильтрация и подогрев воды, промывка фильтра, использование подводного грязеуловителя «пылесоса», опорожнение бассейна, химическая обработка воды, управление системой подводной подсветки, противоток (искусственное течение), нормативно-техническая информация. Как проходит процесс проектирования? Процесс проектирования состоит из трех этапов. На первоначальном этапе происходит обсуждение основных параметров проекта: размещение на участке габариты и площадь здания. размер чаши бассейна. пожелания заказчика относительно планировки, архитектурного стиля и дизайна определяется тип бассейна, система водоподготовки и другие технические параметры бассейна. учитываются другие пожелания заказчика. Основываясь на этих данных мы приступаем к созданию эскизного проекта. В эскизном проекте определяется точная планировка здания, фасады и другие принципиальные решения. Все решения согласовываются с заказчиком. Основываясь на эскизном проекте мы приступаем к созданию рабочего проекта. В рабочем проекте разрабатываются конструкторские решения и создается проект инженерных систем и др. параметры нужные для строительства сооружения. После создания проекта архитектурное бюро “ЭРС” предлагает свои услуги по авторскому надзору за строительством бассейна. We created this pool ourselves with a block construction, internally rendered and then a liner; the results are fantastic and a liner comes with warranty, and when in the future it has to be replaced, it can be done so for a fraction of the cost of most typical pool repairs. The frame less glass helps to keep a small space open. The wide board spotted gum gives a luxurious feel to the large undercover dining area.

Budget Contemporary Swimming Pool Ideas and Designs

A contemporary garden or outdoor swimming pool can be a great way to cool off in the summer, and when the swimming pool covers are on, the fun can continue with steaming hot tubs or home spas. Better yet, if you have the budget and the space to work with, why not install an indoor swimming pool that can be enjoyed all year round? Whether you are looking at the luxury of hot tubs, want a small plunge pool, or you’re planning a brand new outdoor swimming pool or home spa installation, we have plenty of contemporary hot tub and outdoor pool designs for you to dip into here at Houzz.

Do new indoor or outdoor swimming pools increase the value of homes?

Outdoor or indoor swimming pools can significantly impact property value by attracting buyers with bigger budgets who are looking for a little luxury in their home. However, installing a large contemporary swimming pool could also negatively impact the value of your house if there isn’t enough space left in your garden for anything else. This is why it is important to seek guidance from a swimming pool installer or expert, and choose a swimming pool installation that can fit tastefully in your garden. If you are planning to sell your home, you may also want to look into the range of large inflatable, above ground swimming pools now available so that you can take it with you when you leave.

What type of swimming pool should I install?

Of course, with nice garden hot tubs you may not be able swim lengths but you will be able to relax in your garden no matter the weather as you look up at the stars. If you are on a budget there are also affordable inflatable hot tubs that could work in your garden. And, just like inflatable pools, the extra advantage is that they will be able to come with you if you move!

What material should I use for spas or hot tubs?

For a hot tub to survive the changing seasons it is important to choose a material that will be durable. Cedar or other wooden hot tubs can look attractive, but will be harder to maintain. The most popular material is often vinyl for its affordability and versatility but this material is also less likely to last. To get the best bang for your buck, we would recommend opting for a concrete or a fibreglass hot tub or spa, which would provide you with a sturdy solution. In addition, metal above ground hot tubs can be a durable option. To finish off the design of your hot tub we would also recommend that you build a wooden platform around it or take a look at our canopies and gazebos for some privacy.
