I would like to ask the same question as Emma as I cannot see your reply. Where did you source the apothecary unit and does the plumbing run through it or behind? Many thanks

How have you tackled a vanity unit project in the past?Anna’s pine chest of drawers “This was a good-value vintage piece made from simple antique pine, but it was HUGE and accommodated two basins and acres of workspace,” Anna says. “It had loads of drawers, which was amazing for the young family’s storage. “As the unit was so big, we felt it could accommodate two full-size Belfast sinks on top, which were very deep,” she continues. “The top drawers were made shallower to accommodate the plumbing behind, but they were still usable.”You might also enjoy 5 of the Best Before and After Bathroom Transformations on Houzz.

Buffing anythingIsn’t it enough that you’ve cleaned your basin or your bathroom, or wiped the side of the toaster? Now walk away and don’t even consider buffing it with a dry cloth. The lovely shine and flawless finish buffing produces will only last until the next person has a shower, cooks or washes their hands, so leave it and move on.
