The Exquisite Heath Haven House

The entrance hall of this New England & Cape Cod–inspired home by Studio212 Ltd has been designed as both a welcoming statement and a highly practical circulation space. A bespoke wine storage unit is neatly integrated beneath the staircase, combining display with discreet cabinetry. To the right, a generous wardrobe provides everyday storage, while a dedicated home office and cloakroom are also accessed from this space. Natural timber-effect flooring runs throughout, grounding the hall in warmth and durability. The staircase features a light runner edged in black, with contemporary black balusters and an oak handrail, drawing the eye upward while keeping the space bright. With a 2.60 m ceiling height, the hall feels airy and proportionate, enhancing the view through to the dining area and garden framed by double doors.

My clients had a quaint villa on the 18th hole of a golf course in Portugal that they decided to rebuild. We wanted a timeless scheme that felt modern whilst still feeling comfortable and homely. Using a grey base tile, we layered monochrome layers in the living spaces and added calm colours in the bedrooms. Wooden elements are continued throughout the villa with open views onto the private pool.

Hochwertig mit Leder bespannt und farblich passend zum Rest. Abgerundet wird das #Einrichtungskonzept durch einen raumhohen #Spiegel und spezielle #Spots in der Decke. Diese leuchten in natürlichem #Tageslicht, um das Ankleiden zu einem perfekten Erlebnis zu machen.

Inspired by the luxurious hotels of Europe, we were inspired to keep the palette monochrome. but all the elements have strong lines that all work together to give a sense of drama. The amazing black and white geometric tiles take centre stage and greet everyone coming into this incredible double-fronted Victorian house. The console table is almost like a sculpture, holding the space alongside the very simple decorative elements. The simple pendants continue the black and white colour palette.

Dieser quadratische Bungalow ist ein Hybridhaus der Größe K-M mit den Außenmaßen 12 x 12 Meter. Wie gewohnt wurden Grundriss und Gestaltung vollkommen individuell umgesetzt. Durch das Atrium wird jeder Quadratmeter des innovativen Einfamilienhauses mit Licht durchflutet. Die quadratische Grundform der Glas-Dachspitze ermöglicht eine zu allen Seiten gleichmäßige Lichtverteilung. Die Besonderheiten bei diesem Projekt sind Schlafnischen in den Kinderzimmern, die Unabhängigkeit durch das innovative Heizkonzept und die Materialauswahl mit Design-Venylbelag auch in den Nassbereichen.
