Open concept great room (kitchen, living room, dining room). Seating for 4-5 at the kitchen island. Cabinets are pre-fab, dining room hutch is custom to match kitchen, and island is also pre-fab cabinetry with a custom stain finish. Island is approximately 11-12' long and about 5-6' wide.
