Westbury Garden RoomsSet comfortably in the Northamptonshire countryside, this family home oozes character with the addition of a Westbury Orangery. Transforming the southwest aspect of the building with its two sides of joinery, the orangery has been finished externally in the shade ‘Westbury Grey’. Perfectly complementing the existing window frames and rich Grey colour from the roof tiles. Internally the doors and windows have been painted in the shade ‘Wash White’ to reflect the homeowners light and airy interior style.

We had such fun designing a space that’s not just aesthetically playful and vibrant, but also functional and comfortable for a young family. Mokka DesignA fun-filled family home for luxury entertaining designed by Mokka Design. This 7500 sq ft property has layer upon layer of personalisation. Including a secret door behind a bookcase disguising a secret loft space, where book spines list birthdays, special memories and favourite family reads. The lower ground and ground floors comprise three open-plan living rooms plus a family room, music room, study, gym, wine cellar and kitchen dining area.

Design by UBERDespite natural light to one side of this lower ground floor, the space comes alive at night. The area is divided into a games area with glass wine cabinetry display pertaining the bar and pool table from this super relaxed media area with an array of lighting controls.
Nicky Percival LimitedThis is an example of a large traditional open plan living room feature wall in Sussex with a music area, pink walls, light hardwood flooring, a wood burning stove, a stone fireplace surround, beige floors and a vaulted ceiling.
Laroya & Co.This large living and dining area is flooded with natural light and has gorgeous high ceilings and views of the garden beyond. The brief was to make it a comfortable yet chic space for relaxing and entertaining. We added pops of colour, textures and patterns to add interest into the space.
Simpson & VoyleThe deep, inky-toned paint was used to wrap the whole room, creating drama and luxury. The period features from this double-fronted reception room were fully restored and the fireplace was restored. We chose a warm wood for the floor, in a herringbone pattern to add a sense of warmth and luxury. A 1920s sofa was reupholstered, alongside a vintage cocktail chair, keeping the palette consistent, and allowing the pops of colour to come from the artwork and feature lighting. The pink Murano glass chandelier is a dramatic focal point, both playful and theatrical. We introduced touches of brass to complement the colours and textures. The velvet on the furniture gives a sense of inviting comfort. Bespoke roman blinds, also in the colour palette of the space, allow lots of light into the room and do not intrude on the sofa placed against the window.
Vale Garden HousesOur designer chose to work with softer faceted shapes for the garden room to create a contrast with the squares and angles of the existing building. To the left of the garden room, a porch provides a link to the house separated from the living space by internal doors. The window detail reflects that on the house with the exception of two windows to the rear wall of the orangery, which have rounded tops. Two sets of doors open onto two elevations - designed to provide maximum appreciation of the outside.
Sara Slade InteriorsIt is a luxury to have two sitting rooms, but with a house with many floors and a family it really helps! This room was designed to have a calmer area for the family to sit together and for this reason we calmed the colours down o give it a softer feel. A large rug in the room and floor to ceiling curtains really elevates the space, whilst taking the textured wallpaper around the room ensures the room feels luxurious and warm.
