Eldorado Stone
As seen on DIY Network’s “The Ultimate Crash”, designer Misha of Design by Misha chose Eldorado Stone’s Sanibel CoastalReef to add a rustic yet refined touch to the space, complimenting the raw steel beams and glass catwalk structure. “This project was meant to stand out and be striking while maintaining a sense of calm. The natural look of the CoastalReef conjured thoughts of an old wine cave in Tuscany but with a modern twist,” says Misha. Floor to ceiling use of Eldorado Stone provides interest to the focal wall of the fireplace, glass catwalk, and wine storage.

The loft storage unit was designed and made to make use of the awkward space that you sometimes find with loft conversions. In this case we built a bespoke unit containing drawers and cupboards in birch plywood with touch opening runners and latches and clad it all in white glass to achieve a minimal contemporary aesthetic.

Behind the central wall in the home is the private zone of the condo. A queen-sized bed is lofted over a built-in desk, bookshelves, laundry, and closet. Plumbing pipe ladders on either side of the bed make for easy ascent and descent from the loft, as well as additional storage for decorative bedding.

Storage Solutions - Our tall pantry (available with wood or wire shelves) provides an amazing amount of storage on full-extension glides (TPOP and TPOPW).
“Loft” Living originated in Paris when artists established studios in abandoned warehouses to accommodate the oversized paintings popular at the time. Modern loft environments idealize the characteristics of their early counterparts with high ceilings, exposed beams, open spaces, and vintage flooring or brickwork. Soaring windows frame dramatic city skylines, and interior spaces pack a powerful visual punch with their clean lines and minimalist approach to detail. Dura Supreme cabinetry coordinates perfectly within this design genre with sleek contemporary door styles and equally sleek interiors.
This kitchen features Moda cabinet doors with vertical grain, which gives this kitchen its sleek minimalistic design. Lofted design often starts with a neutral color then uses a mix of raw materials, in this kitchen we’ve mixed in brushed metal throughout using Aluminum Framed doors, stainless steel hardware, stainless steel appliances, and glazed tiles for the backsplash.
