We like this kitchen layout a lot. Like the transom windows. Want the kitchen island to have nice deep seating. Prefer squared off edge to the curved edge. We prefer the cabinet style and the slightly more modern look of the cabinetry in the next picture w/the dark island.
We really like the family room/kitchen/dining room combo on this house of yours. I’m not sure we’d want the rounded edge on the island but the feel of this is nice. We’d want a landing place beside the fridge - some counter space. We have a 36 integrated subzero fridge in our current house and really like it. Thinking we’d like a big back kitchen with a second fridge, second dishwasher, maybe the second oven, stand alone ice maker and beverage center, etc. We like the idea of a big back kitchen/scullery. We have a 30 inch wolf range right now and would probably want do the same in the main kitchen but at least 36 inch. We like being able to work in two separate kitchen areas and hide the mess.
