We added a new lease of life to this cloakroom, with it's last remodel being over 20 years ago our clients wanted to create an impact. Adding this new style of panelling to the lower walls really updated the space.

From the main entry to the house you can also now access a good size boot room with fitted storage and a small WC with a toilet and storage vanity. We really made a statement in here with a lovely dramatic wallpaper that works on the overall colour theme for the home.

What struck us strange about this property was that it was a beautiful period piece but with the darkest and smallest kitchen considering it's size and potential. We had a quite a few constrictions on the extension but in the end we managed to provide a large bright kitchen/dinning area with direct access to a beautiful garden and keeping the 'new ' in harmony with the existing building. The cloakroom is on the lower ground floor and doesn't have natural light. It was kept fresh and light with a contemporary twist of marble herringbone floor and kitkat wall tiles paired with woods, straw and clay for warmth and rustic vibes. The mirror is a vintage find.
