This amazing 250m2 lateral penthouse apartment has four terraces - one large overlooking JBR with a private pool, two smaller ones off two of the four bedrooms and one at the other end as part of the luxurious master suite. This is one of several projects we are designing and managing in Dubai. Rimal 4 is one of the residential towers in the Rimal sector, part of the larger community in Dubai. This tower features modern apartments with views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai Marina, offering a range of amenities such as swimming pools, gyms, and retail outlets at the ground level. The apartments are known for their spacious layouts and high-quality finishes, catering to upscale living. Quite a few of them are lateral penthouses. This extraordinary 250 m² Lateral JBR Penthouse, Dubai occupies a prime position at the very top of one of Dubai’s most vibrant and desirable addresses — Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR). Located in Rimal 4, a tower renowned for its spacious layouts and prime waterfront location, the property has been completely reimagined to combine resort-style living with sleek modern design and a fast-tracked delivery on site. From the moment you step into the apartment, the scale and openness are striking. The living spaces are framed by four private terraces, each designed with its own atmosphere and function. This includes everything from coordinating structural adaptations to overseeing the installation of bespoke fixtures, liaising with contractors to resolve issues on the spot, and managing schedules to meet tight deadlines.
