The natural oak finish combined with the matte black handles create a fresh and contemporary finish on this bar. Antique mirror back panels adds a twist of timeless design to the piece as well. The natural oak is continued through out the house seamlessly linking each room and creating a natural flow. Modern wall paneling has also been used in the master and children’s bedroom to add extra depth to the design. Whilst back lite shelving in the master en-suite creates a more elegant and relaxing finish to the space.

We enhance the most neglected room in any house project because we believe in the uniformity and harmony across the whole house.
The result is a functional space with an enormous storage capacity that looks neat and beautiful.

This captivating image provides a glimpse into a bungalow renovation, a transformation that showcases the incredible potential for redefining and modernising single-story dwellings.
The exterior of the bungalow reveals a comprehensive makeover, where traditional architectural elements blend seamlessly with contemporary design. The renovation respects the bungalow's original character while adding a fresh, modern touch. Inside, the image showcases the spacious, well-lit, and thoughtfully designed interior. The renovation may involve structural changes, an open layout, modern fixtures, and a refined colour palette. These changes create a welcoming and functional living space that caters to contemporary lifestyles while preserving the warmth of bungalow-style living.
This bungalow renovation project exemplifies the potential of architectural innovation to rejuvenate and optimise living spaces. It's a testament to how thoughtful design can create a functional, inviting, and aesthetically pleasing home, where tradition and modernity harmoniously coexist. The image captures the essence of a bungalow reborn, ready to serve as a contemporary haven for its residents and an inspiration for those who appreciate the beauty of renovation and transformation.

This 3 storey mid-terrace townhouse on the Harringay Ladder was in desperate need for some modernisation and general recuperation, having not been altered for several decades.
We were appointed to reconfigure and completely overhaul the outrigger over two floors which included new kitchen/dining and replacement conservatory to the ground with bathroom, bedroom & en-suite to the floor above.
Like all our projects we considered a variety of layouts and paid close attention to the form of the new extension to replace the uPVC conservatory to the rear garden. Conceived as a garden room, this space needed to be flexible forming an extension to the kitchen, containing utilities, storage and a nursery for plants but a space that could be closed off with when required, which led to discrete glazed pocket sliding doors to retain natural light.
We made the most of the north-facing orientation by adopting a butterfly roof form, typical to the London terrace, and introduced high-level clerestory windows, reaching up like wings to bring in morning and evening sunlight. An entirely bespoke glazed roof, double glazed panels supported by exposed Douglas fir rafters, provides an abundance of light at the end of the spacial sequence, a threshold space between the kitchen and the garden.
The orientation also meant it was essential to enhance the thermal performance of the un-insulated and damp masonry structure so we introduced insulation to the roof, floor and walls, installed passive ventilation which increased the efficiency of the external envelope.
A predominantly timber-based material palette of ash veneered plywood, for the garden room walls and new cabinets throughout, douglas fir doors and windows and structure, and an oak engineered floor all contribute towards creating a warm and characterful space.

A crisp two-storey bronze-clad addition reconfigures a West London home, expanding the kitchen–dining spaces and strengthening the connection to the landscaped garden through full-width doors and generous glazing. Deep angled reveals in the cladding add depth, shading, and structural expression while respecting the Conservation Area context. Inside, the plan introduces a new utility and cloakroom, plus an upper-level study with a picture window over the garden, complemented by bespoke storage and a refreshed period hallway.

This thoughtfully designed walk-in laundry and utility room transforms everyday household chores into moments of calm. By combining the practical functionality of a utility room with high-end finishes, an uplifting design is created to elevate an often-overlooked part of the home.
Highlighting the layout of our Lay-On Shaker style cabinetry is the decorative patterned flooring, which brings vibrant colour, warmth, and personality, turning routine tasks into a more enjoyable experience.
To set a serene tone, the Card Room Green colour by Farrow & Ball complements the room’s natural oak accents and bright flooring. The design isn’t just about the cabinetry; the floating shelves with integrated strip lighting provide discreet illumination, and the antique brass handles from Corston Milliner bring a touch of traditional elegance.
Forming the L-shape layout is the crisp, polished Bianco Mysterio quartz and the Caple Shaker Single Bowl with Caple Novato Spray Tap in stainless steel brings a stylish pairing to enhance the room’s modern utility while keeping a classic edge.
Something which is an ultra-special feature is the bespoke wall-mounted drying rack, taking inspiration from our showroom design and crafted in oak and painted in Card Room Green for a cohesive, custom feel. And side-by-side pull-out laundry baskets for easy separation of washing, streamlining the laundry process while keeping the space tidy and uncluttered.

Just a stone’s throw away from the hub of the home is where the sensational bootility is located. This means the home has been designed beyond expectations and a utility and boot room has been defined as one. With our bespoke solutions, you can have a space that elevates the concept and functionality of laundry rooms and a place to fulfil the not-so-attractive chores.
Due to the size of the space, we had the opportunity to incorporate lots of different furniture to be the home for everything needed to make the ultimate bootility room. From integrated eye-level appliances to a pretty sink area to a storage bench, this room has it all!
As you take a step inside this functional room you are greeted with a row of cabinets that conceal all the cleaning products as well as the built-in Miele washing machine and Miele tumble dryer. As you glide around the room we then come to an alluring sink area complete with a Shaws of Darwen Butler Sink and a Perrin and Rowe Juliet Sink Mixer with C-Spout and Rinse in Aged Brass. Beneath is a NEFF Dishwasher. These two sections are hand-painted in F&B Ammonite.
Behind the doors of the next section, heavy outdoor coats can be concealed and the open shelving is perfect for outdoor accessories such as gloves and scarves. The bench seating helps put on boots and pull off shoes much easier and is finished with a plush cushion for comfort. This has been hand-painted in Railings by F&B.
Even the boiler cupboard has been concealed behind our pleasing bespoke cabinetry!
It’s all in the details with some of them flowing from the kitchen, for example, the Armac Martin Sparkbrook handles in burnished brass, the paint colour and the furniture!
Pull-out laundry drawers to place the washing basket are one of the special features in the utility part of the room.
Armac Martin Hat and Coat Hooks in burnished brass to hang outdoor wear is a special feature of the boot room.
Notice the dark hardwood herringbone flooring with gold trim throughout the rooms? Every little detail has been thought of.
