Pewaukee Lake House

Eclectic Home Office, Milwaukee

The office was created around a 150 year old stained glass window, a well known piece showing Jesus standing at the door with no handle. The timber frame penetrates into the office and bookshelves are built in around additional arched windows. A window seat hides A/V components. The doors out of the room at right are said to be from a British prison. The stained glass window was made in England in approximately 1860. Also, don't forget to ring the bell! The rope from the bell tower hangs down at top of the photo. Michael Mowbray, Beautiful Portraits by Michael
