Hello, I am glad you like this.

They are not brick slips. The extension was built from old bricks which were saved from the original building.

The width is about 4.5m. From the right hand side facing the rear garden, it's apprx. 0.6m for the kitchen units, 1.0m between the hob and the kitchen island, 1.1m for the island, 1.0m between the island and the utility cupboard, and 0.8m for the utility cupboard.

The old extension was taken down and replaced with a smart new version that opens up the kitchen-dining-living space to the garden.

The colours. The lantern for light over the working area is good.
