White Birch Design, LLCThis bathroom was so much fun! The homeowner wanted a farmhouse look and we gave it to her! She wanted to keep her existing maple vanity cabinet, but we updated the top with Super White Marble. We tiled the shower walls with 2 different tiles, a large grey tile and then a traditional white subway, adding a little metal detail between the 2. The flooring is a wood plank luxury vinyl tile and that completes the look. We just love how this one turned out!
12/12 Architects & PlannersThis small 3/4 bath was added in the space of a large entry way of this ranch house, with the bath door immediately off the master bedroom. At only 39sf, the 3'x8' space houses the toilet and sink on opposite walls, with a 3'x4' alcove shower adjacent to the sink. The key to making a small space feel large is avoiding clutter, and increasing the feeling of height - so a floating vanity cabinet was selected, with a built-in medicine cabinet above. A wall-mounted storage cabinet was added over the toilet, with hooks for towels. The shower curtain at the shower is changed with the whims and design style of the homeowner, and allows for easy cleaning with a simple toss in the washing machine.

By shifting two support columns we were able to bury one in the powder room wall and implement two in the custom design of the bar. Angie Keyes CKBDThis Condo has been in the family since it was first built. And it was in desperate need of being renovated. The kitchen was isolated from the rest of the condo. The laundry space was an old pantry that was converted. We needed to open up the kitchen to living space to make the space feel larger. By changing the entrance to the first guest bedroom and turn in a den with a wonderful walk in owners closet.
Then we removed the old owners closet, adding that space to the guest bath to allow us to make the shower bigger. In addition giving the vanity more space.
The rest of the condo was updated. The master bath again was tight, but by removing walls and changing door swings we were able to make it functional and beautiful all that the same time.
