Situated in a quaint North Essex Village, this two Story Semi-Detached Dwelling already had bundles of potential for us to work with. The family approached us to help expand on the space they had available in their beautiful home. The old school cold Conservatory was often left unused. The family wanted to utilise more of their space so that they could easily spend more time together.
The open brief meant that we could let the creativity flow and design something that could improve their standard of living. To bring this to life, we enhanced on the space where the unused conservatory was located and opened it out into a beautiful open plan Kitchen, Living and Dining Area.
The Kitchen now contains a beautiful central island for extra worktop space and cupboards for more storage. Alongside this, there is now space for the family to sit down and eat their meals together. Above the island, a captivating flat roof lantern opens up the room by letting the natural light flow in. The Kitchen boasts elegance and supremacy with its floor to ceiling grey tones and solid wood surfaces.
