Working with the award-winning Margot Tsim studio, Homeconcepts undertook a comprehensive renovation of this three-bedroom mansion block flat in St Johns Wood. The project incorporated air conditioning, a full rewire, structural and layout alterations, and new bathrooms, kitchens, and flooring. The design language employed is one of clean, relaxed, and pared-down style. It marries contemporary elements with a few classic pieces, perfectly suiting the mature client's brief for a sophisticated interior. All joinery was custom-designed with a consistent finish throughout, ensuring a cohesive and harmonious aesthetic for the apartment.
