The view from the sofa into the kitchen. A relatively small space but good coming has meant the area feels uncluttered yet still has a lot of storage.

These tall units are chock full of storage. From the pullout pantry unit at this end to the boiler housing at the other. Practicality is key.

The wine fridge sits next to a criss cross style wine rack. This adds a lovely feature underneath the breakfast bar.

The breakfast bar was sourced from storm damaged London timber from a local yard. We have left a Waney edge on it where possible to accentuate this beautiful natural material. Lightly sanded and oiled to bring out the texture of the grain and the defects which are a part of its character.

Practical and beautiful. This butler sink by Franke is large, easy to clean and looks fantastic. Especially with the Quooker boiling water tap in gold. The light veining in the Unistone Misterio Gold quartz splash back sets it off perfectly.

The view from the lounge. The corner where the bar now sits was very acute so we softened it by placing the bar furniture in front of it and angling the wall behind it. This was all followed through with the coving detail.

The client wanted a large deep butler sink. This one by Shaws is massive.
