The Korina is John Cannon’s new model home that is inspired by a transitional West Indies style with a contemporary influence. From the cathedral ceilings with custom stained scissor beams in the great room with neighboring pristine white on white main kitchen and chef-grade prep kitchen beyond, to the luxurious spa-like dual master bathrooms, the aesthetics of this home are the epitome of timeless elegance. Every detail is geared toward creating an upscale retreat from the hectic pace of day-to-day life. This under stairs fir wine cellar has the capacity of 440 bottles and is located just under the stairway. The custom glass door gives this small space the impression of a large wine cellar from the adjacent dining room. Various types of racking were custom designed to accommodate different wine bottle sizes. You can find individual single deep racking, horizontal display, open bottle bins, X-bins and case storage.

Kessick Wine Storage Systems
Kessick Wine Cellars ‘Select Series’ wine racking is a fully assembled, wall mounted wine storage and wine display racking system.
Designed for small to medium spaces, this wine storage and display system answers the demand for aesthetic, high quality wine racking at a value price.
The Select Series is a floating wine racking system, a first for traditional wine cellar racking (commonly used in kitchen cabinets, closets and garage storage systems). Select Series wine racks are secured with a strong yet easy to install wall-cleat installation. The Kessick Wall-Install system is a proprietary, specially engineered metal bracket that enables a fast, secure install with adjustability for the inevitable out-of-plumb and uneven walls.
The Select Series format consists of modular components that can be designed in a wide range of application from aesthetics showpiece to utilitarian storage. A comprehensive line of pre-engineered designs are available ‘as is’, or can be altered to fit the space or desired application.

This is a beauty! Allheart Redwood wood with a Dark Walnut stain. Includes archway over tabletop and diamond bin, curved corners with waterfall racks leading down. With a beautiful wine room chandelier.
"Eric Flores was very helpful with hints and videos. The racks assembled quite well as the components' quality was very consistent. The nail gun really reduced assembly time. A nail would occasionally go slightly to the side due to wood grain and would have to be redone. This was probably less than one percent. Overall, I would give the kits a 9.5 /10.0. The room is 8'-10" x 11'- 8" with 2x6 wall studs, sprayed foam insulation, and an exterior "speak-easy" door. We are using a WhisperKool through-the-wall unit with a bottle probe holding 60 degrees F and 50% humidity. The fun part was the trip to Healdsburg (Sonoma County) to stock up on their local award winning Cabs, Zinns, PNs, & Chards."

This commercial space was a tenant improvement that took place early in 2013. We had an extremely tight budget and pulled off a killer design using salvaged materials, redefining existing surfaces and employing energy saving lighting.
