A friendly practice with great attention to detail and the personal touch. Chris and his team helped us come up with an intelligent solution to a puzzling problematic layout and have been very thorough in investigating potential pitfalls.

Chris as part of 11.04 architects worked on a complete bathroom and kitchen redevelopment of my one bedroom flat.. I am very pleased with the promptness of his work and understanding of what I wanted and what was needed. He also went beyond what I would have expected as he also sourced most of the labour required as well as identifying fixtures and fittings. He was able to deal with any problems quickly and efficiently. He was aware there was a limited budget. I am certain that this redevelopment has added significant value to my property. I would not hesitate to recommend 11.04 to anyone and would use them again for future projects.

11.04 have been extremely proficient and creative . Chris and his team have produced work of outstanding quality, guiding us through the complete renovation of our property. The designs they have produced have been both innovative and expectationally thorough and I have had no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. I am very satisfied with every aspect of the work .
