Mr. Serpa placed a $500 of a $1.000 deposit request to secure a time slot for his pool renovation, then proceeded to choose $980 worth of tiles for a $1,000 tile job- pressured me to purchase them and be ready to start to receive the balance. This as not the contract and he was informed to choose a tile in his budget. He became belligerent, going as far as filing an erroneous report to paypal stating that he was unaware of the deposit charge, thus locking my account temporarily under false pretense. I had agreed to refund his money, less fees, and informed paypal as such- however, they decided in my favor, perhaps as a lesson to him for lying- at any rate, they decided.

Unfortunately, you were taken by the sub-contractor, whom you paid instead of BDPD,Inc., I have tried very hard to work the issue out and am still open to do so.
