I would definitely use this company again and would make sure to recommend this company to anyone looking for a company that does ac repair. Right from the start you made to feel like a valued customer from the start with Lynn who was very quick in responding to a message I left to schedule an appointment (I left a message on a Sunday and got a call back 5 minutes later!) to Casey who is on top of the billing and getting what is needed to my home warranty company and keeping me updated on the status and finally their tech. Justin, was extremely professional, polite, and very thorough in determining the true issue(s) with our ac and when the parts came in, Justin also spent as much time as necessary to thoroughly & properly repair our ac. I'm very pleased with Aire Serv of Elkton.
