2nd Generation Building Services

2nd Generation Building Services has completed two extension projects on my fairly ordinary 3-bedroom semi in Birmingham. In both cases, Nick Jones has projected managed the whole exercise wonderfully! Right from the beginning, there was full consultation about what I wanted and the project quote was very reasonable and detailed. Once accepted, I had a full project chart, which gave me a clear idea of how the project was going to pan out over several weeks. Nick has either been here, texted or emailed every day, so that I have known which professional to expect - builders, roofers, plasterers, electricians etc - and the timings have all been adhered to. He has been flexible about possible changes as we went along and has been an excellent source of advice throughout. I have confidently been on holiday and left him to it!
