I paid 50% down for a new countertop: 8 weeks later and no countertop. Roland (Carson) Carlotta of 303 Stone Brokers never purchased a slab to start the job. When I got nasty with him due to nonperformance he offered to return my deposit but then proceeded to keep the money.

Had the worst experience with these guys. I don’t even know where to start. They told me they can switch a cabinet for me (even though they probably never did it before). I spoke with Tony throughout the process, he was very professional and seemed very reliable. But when the day came he sent a woman and 2 young boys to move my cabinet. They put things the wrong way, damaged my cabinet, loosely installed them, and unevenly as well!!! In addition they ripped out my water line from my fridge and now I can’t find anyone to fix it. So far 3 people told me that the people who ripped it out ruined it and I need a new part. When it came down to actually fabricating my countertops, there was stone dust in every single One of my cabinets, on my bookshelf and every single book in the house, even my couches, plants, pantry, food EVERYTHING! I understand that sometimes the cutting needs to be done inside but come on just tell me! I have 2 small kids that were coughing when entering the house bc of how much dust there was in the air. When it came to taking off the plastic film from the stone, there were 5 ppl just scraping the crap out of the slab and who knows how many knicks they created! They also had the wrong measurement of the slab so after all that had to take it back to properly cut. After all of this I told them not to come back bc it is my second time doing my kitchen in 2 years and I had a good feeling it was not going to meet my expectations from how it was going. I reached out to the guy to tell him all this and he told me he was having a family emergency (vacation) and couldn’t be there. He didn’t trust me bc he trusted the people he was working with more. I can’t make any of this up I have pictures of everything. He eventually told me that he will give my money back and then disappeared and blocked me. I called him from my husband phone and he answered and when he found out It was me he told me he decided he doesn’t need to give me money back bc they still did work. I did everything all over. Had to call a new company, but another stone and spend triple now. At least give me half??? I was without a kitchen for 2 months. So unprofessional so sad.

I had a great experience regarding the services provided by 303 Stone Brokers. My counter-tops look amazing at no extra cost when I added a small area afterwards. Tony M-

Contracted with Carson at 303 Stone Brokers, to install granite countertops. He quoted me a price and then jacked the price up when the due date came. I spent hours texting this company, including screenshoting the original quote to him. He was actually paid additional, upfront, to do a good job. The customers sink would not fit because he cut the sinkhole incorrectly and won't go back and fix it for the homeowner, unless he was paid an additional $70. Even though it wasn't the customer's fault, the customer agreed to pay him the $70 and Carson no-showed the customer. Don't ever use this company, he's a total con artist...

Excellent job and great customer services. I strongly recommend Stone Brokers for any stone project. High quality of materials also a plus.

I had a very positive experience working with Carson. He was very professional and did great work. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I want to say that I was impressed with the service and quality I received when I hired this company. My fireplace and kitchen counter tops are beautiful. I plan to have my bathrooms remodeled with granite soon.

Carson was very professional and courteous. He and his team worked very hard to make sure everything we wanted was accomplished. Our counters are beautiful.
