All I can say is I would not recommend. Not happy at all with the service. From star to finish.

Hired this company to replace gutters on a commercial building 3 times the gutters have fallen off in several spots. Now I have leaks inside the building but owner Jake doesn't return calls or come out and rectify the situation. I've tried to be patient and now I'm forced to have to resolve this another way. These guys are hacks.

Spoke with Jeni, answered all of our questions, very professional n polite! We will be looking to hire in the next month or so.

Do not use 3g. Hired them to install gutter flashing. I assumed I was hiring professional installers I do consider this quality workmanship. I called them to resolve the install issues and they had someone sent out who said it doesn't show from the road so they see nothing wrong with it. Well I do see something wrong with it. Beige flashing with white screws is their work. Ragged cuts. Not professional install.

Called the office and setup a quote because I read reviews online.I was happy with the responsiveness of the quote and how fast they were coming to look at my roof.The day of the scheduled appointment I get a call from Mark the salesperson 2 hours before my appointment saying he wasn’t able to make it to due to the fact he was in Chesterfield at the time.It doesn’t take 2 hours to get to Livonia from Chesterfield at 3 in the afternoon.So he said he would come out the next day and was a no show after I waited around for him to come because he said he would be in the area because he was taking his brother to the airport.The quote was never done and never received a call regarding coming out again.What a waste of time.

Very good work . Thought I had a problem a year after they did the work they double checked and made sure everything was good.great company that goes out of it's way to make sure it's done right highly recommend

From start to finish everything about 3G was done in a very professional and timely manner , including (Jake & Dustin) who came out to give us estimates , that was cost efficient to the actual work and clean up that was done on our house , including a new roof, would highly recommend this company for all your exterior needs,

3G Home exteriors is an excellent company that I would highly recommend! As a realtor I have had them do work on many of my investment properties as well as my own home and have referred them out to multiple people and every single experience has been Top Notch. They are professional, give free estimates, are quick to get there and get the work done and have great prices and multiple Crews so there's never an issue with the job getting done with them! Recently we decided to upgrade our house with some new siding, trim, roof and gutters. Doing our due diligence we decided to contact several companies. 3G (Jake) was the only company to come out, look at our project, ask what we wanted and send us a quote; no high pressure sales tactics or computer presentations were required to sit through. Jake didn't even require that my wife be present for him to show up, like several other companies did. We quickly decided that 3G was the superior company and moved forward with the project. Jake delivered color samples and gave us several addresses so we could visit projects that they had completed to see their quality of work. He also gave us addresses to houses that matched the colors we liked to help us decide if we liked them in real world settings. After we had chosen everything three crews were sent out to complete the various portions of the project and they did a phenomenal job. 3G's pricing was extremely competitive, their quality of work was excellent and they completely transformed my house into something beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

After waiting for more than 3 months for M & A roofing to finish putting gutters on my garage I fired them and called 3G Home Exteriors. They came out the next day and I told them what I wanted. They said they would be out the following Tuesday to put gutters and downspouts on my garage. Lo and behold they showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job. The downspouts are straight and flush against the corner trim. I wish I would have found this company first.
