Understanding the value of design and quality craftsmanship, Chris and Rich called an intervention with their brand in an effort to focus on their unique design and building processes while placing a core emphasis on customer satisfaction. In 2013, the company branded itself as Third Space Builders and tooled their internal processes with strategic focus that would guide and fulfill their company vision and promise; To build unique and fun spaces that bring people together; To engage the customer in the design process and fulfill commitments that will bring the customer an unforgettable experience.
