Communication was very challenging; say one thing, do another, no reliability in showing up - we always had to ask in the middle of the day if work was going to be done that day....NObody should have to ask if theor contractor is doing work today. They blamed 'bad weather' for not being able to complete the job, but they want to come back and finish the job DURING bad weather ? Laughable. They couldnt finish work before winter bc other glass had not been ordered - had to wait for spring - and STILL the job is not finished. They came recommended too. Enjoy the money we spent for this project - because it is the LAST you'll be getting from us. Pics of HOME OWNER finishing job to come. Smh. It was SUPPOSED to be finished by winter....and here we are in JUNE. You do the math. Contractor abandoned job thorugh non-work/incompleted contract.
