PTR TUB & TILE RESTORATION

PTR did a fantastic job restoring my 1950's black and white bathroom. The tile and tub look brand new and I was able to keep the original design like I wanted. Looking forward to having them restore my second bathroom in the future. Thanks!

Awful. They spent only 2.5 hours on my antique claw foot tub and it shows. There were paint drips down the side, they didn’t bother to paint the back of the feet even though the feet were removed from the tub and I asked them to paint front and back, they didn’t fill plumbing holes with bondo as we had discussed, they scraped the old paint off in my yard and left lead paint flakes on the grass, and they put one coat of paint on the tub but never bothered to sand that smooth and put on additional coats, and they didn’t fully remove the old paint so where they did paint it kind of flakes off or it was so thickly gobbed on it ran. Oh and when they painted the feet they didn’t use a drop cloth so there was overspray on my floor. When I fired them they continued to hustle me for the balance I owed them, even sending me a certified letter saying they were sending my bill to collections. I’m like...I want my $200 deposit back that I paid you. I never received signed a contract with them so that should have been a red flag that they are sketchy. Finally, NOT military friendly. I think the company needs money or something sketchy is going on. They hustled me for money early on Black Friday morning even though they hadn’t completed the job and this interim payment was never agreed upon or spoken about until they sent me a bill out of the blue.

I am very happy with the work done by Jeff on 2 bathrooms. He refinished wall tiles and floors and has given these rooms a clean and fresh appearance. One room had outdated avocado color tiles and these have now been transformed on a budget. He is very professional and even when busy, he was able to get the work done in a timely manner. I will recommend him without reservation to friends needing this service.

PTR did an excellent job! Repaired my tub and retiled my bathroom in a short time and it looks awesome! Would definitely use them again.

PTR has provided excellent service to our Senior Apartments by making the bathtubs accessible to those with mobility impairments by installing walk-through doors. This service helps these individuals be able to still live independent and be able to take care of themselves. Over the last few years, he has installed many of the doors, and eventually we hope to have them in all of our apartments.
