After interviewing and receiving bids from two other professionals for my home project , to rebuild an existing wall unit to accommodate new TV components, I hired Doug from Action Installations based on references from others who have used Action for similar projects. The scope of work proposed was consistent with other contractors and price while not most competitive, was not too much above the others. Doug met the schedule for starting and completing the job. His craftsmanship for finish woodworking was excellent by comparison to others used in the past. He worked methodically and extremely clean. I may be looking to start another project and will call Doug when ready.

Doug did wainscoting and built us a cabinet with drawers for our new bathroom. His workmanship is beautiful, and we're very happy with the final results. He gave us several choices, showing us samples of the different moldings to help us make a decision. He listens to what you want, and makes great suggestions. He finished the project on time, and it's exactly what we wanted. We hope to work with him very soon on another project.

Doug was very professional, very prompt, and did an excellent job installing crown moulding in my newly purchased home. He came with samples which allowed us to select the moulding, and his estimate was very reasonable. The crown moulding looks beautiful, and I would highly recommend him.

Doug has been a pleasure to work with. This is our second job with him. He custom designed both jobs and spend as much time as we needed to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. Having done many renovations in our home, we know from past experiences its difficult to find someone that is reliable, professional, reasonable and listens to your ideas. Our renovation this time was our bathroom. Doug showed up on time. Listened to us first, showed us his designs and gave us some of his visions. Doug built us custom cabinets and crown molding. Doug exceeded our expectations. He is a master of his art. Doug is the true definition of a person who takes pride in what he does, meticulous, pays attention to fine detail and extremely clean. End of day never knew you had work done in your home. It would be very difficult to find another contractor to fill his shoes. I am hiring him to do our custom built cabinets in our living room.
