Our entire experience with Harting and Hunemuller was excellent. We hired them to build an extension of our existing deck out and around a newly installed swimming pool. They listened to our ideas, made suggestions, and even returned several times to recheck our plans as the pool was being installed. When it came time to build the deck, the crew doing the work was excellent as well. They arrived early, were friendly, respectful, clean, and literally got to work as soon as the sun was up. They worked straight through until the project was done. The finished deck exceeded our expectations, not only meeting our design expectations but with finishing touches that made it look finished and professional. This company clearly values quality work and customer service and we would highly recommend them to anyone who wants high quality work done on their home. When we set out to do a whole home remodel to finally make our dream home we knew the task was going to be tough. Our vision included lots of custom renovation that had to be built upon the current foundation. We even had reservations ourselves if our grand vision was even achievable. Harting and Hunemuller has been our contractor for several home renovation projects over many years. They have supervised the refinishing of our basement into a laundry room and playroom for the grandchildren, remodeled one of our bathrooms, built a four-season room extension to the rear of our home and a backyard deck, put cement siding on the house as well as decorative brickwork, redone our chimney, given us a new roof, and more. Harting and Hunemuller contractors built a 9000 plus sq feet house for us.The craftsmanship is amazing and we still get lots of compliments after ten years. Harting and Hunemuller were our chosen contractors for our unfortunate water damaged house. They were great to work with throughout the project. They assessed the work and gave a fair estimate and the estimate actually met the repairs. Their work was outstanding. We were totally happy with the results. Harting and Hunemuller constructed a 4-season porch addition to my home. Features include adjoining deck, full basement, vaulted ceiling, large windows, and heated ceramic tile floor -- a real showpiece! The addition was featured as part of the Cedar Valley Parade of Homes in 2014. The H&H team provided excellent design/build services, and their team of expert carpenters and skilled subcontractors did exceptionally high quality work.

We used Harting & Hunemuller to build a family room, remodel our bathroom, and completely redo our kitchen. They provided us quality results at a reasonable cost. The crew was GREAT to work with, and were very accommodating in helping us "deal" with the construction activities as they occurred.
