I had the pleasure of working with Josh, lead designer, at adapt design for my first ever home build. To say he went above and beyond to help my family design this home would be an understatement. He took the stress away from the design process and worked promptly with us on any changes or ideas we brought to the table. We had some external delays on the project but Josh continued to work with us and solve problems when he did not have to. I am thoroughly pleased to have chosen Josh and adapt design for our home build. I will most certainly be recommending adapt design to anyone I know who wishes to build a home.

We hired Josh a couple years ago to assist us with preliminary engineering, drafting, and designing our home remodel. An added bonus turned out to be his extensive carpentry and Building Code knowledge. With his assistance, we were able to easily, and successfully navigate the Municipal and Bureaucratic labyrinths to garner the 3 requisite Variances to start our build. His software expertise was key to helping us to visualize our project, and at site meetings being able to sometimes preview design changes, and concepts, on-the-fly, was very useful. What can I say about Josh, well, many things, but here is the nails and wood of who he is as a professional...My partner and I recently hired him to design a water facing home. He jumped right to work in meeting us at the property to check it out. He provided a very reasonable quote for his services. And then the design services began...he is so prompt in his work, he is versed in understanding and will guide you in the permit, contracting, and engineering aspects as well. Pictures to follow when our home is done. Thanks Josh, you made building our first home from the ground up a breeze!
