I was so impressed with Jackie's ability to help me redesign my family room-virtually! I didn't know how it was going to work since we live in different states. She really helped me to see the changes she was proposing, and was so creative in how she presented her ideas to me. She really helped me to realize the potential that my family room has! She gave me several room layouts, and was so considerate of my concern that the room be not only more aesthetically pleasing, but stay functional for our family. She also went above and beyond by giving me a heads up that the rug we had decided on was on sale, which saved me $200!
