I think the customer service is lacking. The closet itself I think is on par with other systems out there. It's particle board, but sturdy enough the way the system is put together. They did 3 closets for me. The first two were no problem. The last most recent closet, the master, from the order to install was a few weeks, and then when they came to install they were missing pieces and had to arrange to come back another day. Which is fine. But on that second day I noticed a drawer was missing. The installer that day - who I think is the owner as well? - said it wasn't in the final design. I said Joan and I discussed it and she never sent me a final design but there was supposed to be a drawer there. He said he'd get on it. I never heard back and then had to continue to follow up with them. Finally, they came out to install the drawer. The same guy gave me a hard time, totally unprovoked. He said the drawer wasn't in the final design, and I said it may have not been in the design picture you had, but Joan and I discussed it. In fact, when I followed up with Joan she didn't even have to ask me what I was talking about or the size of the drawer. She knew. But the guy kept at it while he was installing. I was totally taken aback. I tried to say that Joan knew about the drawer but he seemed totally annoyed to have to come out and install it. I didn't engage any more with him and walked out of the room, I didn't know what else to do. I couldn't believe that they would talk that way to a customer.
