Aggressive Appliances

By far the WORST customer service experience I have ever encountered, If I could rate zero stars I would. If you need appliances, or service this isn't the place. I never write negative reviews, but Aggressive Appliances your customer service policies are deplorable. My Samsung range and hood both failed on August 9th, 2021 while under warranty; covered and serviced by Aggressive Appliances. When I called for service, the first available appointment to even diagnose the appliances was September 21st, more than 6 weeks later. Even though I noted members of my household have strict dietary restrictions and we use them everyday. I waited and finally a tech showed up, spent 15 minutes here without disassembling the machines, and minimal diagnostics he determined they needed parts. The tech ordered parts and I attempted to get status updates for more than a month, to no response, or a canned response saying they had no ETA. October 10th, I gave up and replaced the range at my own expense of $2100, after repeatedly being ignored. A couple weeks later, the tech finally calls to say the parts came in for the hood. Awesome I thought, so they scheduled the repair for October 22nd. The techs arrived and curiously I note that the box the parts were in, actually arrived via Fedex to their office September 23rd, and they had been sitting on them for over a month. Obviously this made me angry. What made me even more angry is they ordered the wrong parts. To make matters even worse, the techs burned (to the point of flames nearly requiring an extinguisher) a synthetic fabric moving blanket to the ceramic top of my brand new range because they turned it on while attempting to service the hood, filling my house with smoke and causing the entire place to smell like a burning bed for a week. Fast forward to today, November 3rd, 2021 three months later, and my hood has still not been repaired and calls to their service department are of no use. If you're in the market for mediocre appliances with absolutely no customer service and no warranty support, look no further Aggressive is the place for you.

Have worked with this company and their employee Andy for several years. Always a joy to do business with and interact with. Would highly recommend them for all your appliance needs.

I know others have had a good experience, but mine was bad. They talk about being so superior to the big box stores, but I got the same level of attention....None!

Although we live in Jacksonville, we were so pleased to find Aggressive Appliances in Orlando. Well worth a drive. We found their pricing competitive, their customer service excellent and their showroom beautiful. Kevin was incredibly helpful in finding exactly what would work for us, so much so that we purchased all of our appliances from him...and even our outdoor grill.

Whether for one area, or the whole house, our clients find they really help navigate through the myriad of choices to zero in on the best appliances for their needs and budget. Aggressive is always at the ready to help us with detailed specifications, functional expertise or recommendations we may require as custom cabinet designers. And, they whip up a yummy lunch in one of the kitchen vignettes every Thursday...make sure to stop in!

Our experience was totally fantastic...from the moment we walked into their facility, to meeting our salesman, Eric Anderson, to the product we bought, the service we received, to when Doug came out and gave us a introduction to the new stuff (refrigerator, cook top, stove, convection microwave and vent) everything was GREAT

I've never bought an appliance from Aggressive Appliances, but I called with a question about whether they carried the type of refrigerator I've owned for 14 years because it was no longer cooling. It's part of a matching set with a twin full size freezer, and I wasn't sure they even make them anymore. The freezer works fine. They suggested they send a tech over first to see if it could be fixed, and got someone out that evening . Their tech was polite, knowledgeable, and found the problem promptly. It's the same problem we'd had with the unit before. It's not fixable and we had replaced the unit in 2013, which we didn't remember until he pointed out it might still be under warranty. He took down the unit's information, filled it with Freon to get us through, and promised to check the warranty promptly. We got a call before 8 am this morning to let us know that unfortunately it was no longer under warranty (we didn't think it would be). That's as far as we've gotten, but their customer service was so superb and the response so immediate to a customer that has never bought from them before, that I thought it appropriate to share. I will definitely work with them to buy a new replacement appliance.

I commend and recommend Danny and his assistant Andy, for the fine work they did repairing my Sub-Zero 601F. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and then some. They love their work and it shows. Steve

Aggressive Appliances and Andy Anderson are just the greatest! They have a complete WORKING showroom that you can take your clients, so they can see touch and feel. They also do a catered lunch once a week that you can bring your clients too. Great sales staff, great pricing, great follow-up and excellent service department! You can' t goo wrong with Aggressive Appliances. I have completed about 15 homes using Aggressive!
