Our story begins in 1993 with the opening of our first showroom in Brooklyn, NY. Our goal was to bring Italian design and craftsmanship to our potential customers,. We truly love good design and continue to strive to bring the latest Italian craftsmanship and design to our customers. With over 20 years of industry experience our staff understands that when it comes to furnishing a home, quality, function and design are essential. That’s why we are dedicated to keep up with the latest design trends and best industry practices in order to provide our customers with a pleasant and easy shopping and design experience. We continue to work with top-line Italian furniture manufacturers so that our customers can enjoy the highest quality results. We hired AKO to remodel our kitchen, and are very satisfied with the final outcome. Anna did a fantastic job designing the layout, incorporating our need for extra storage space, and giving it an elegant and efficient look. AKO design team followed a tight timeline that included measuring, reviewing designs, and making final adjustments before ordering the cabinetry, which was critical for our overall renovation project. We were concerned about the lead time because the kitchen cabinets were ordered from Italy but everything was delivered within the promised time frame. The crew did an amazing job with the installation, and they came back promptly for some minor adjustments later down the road. Thanks to everyone on the AKO design team for creating a beautiful kitchen!

Working with AKO Design Center was a pleasure from start to finish. As first time home buyers taking on a gut renovation, it was an enormous relief to work with a company that is as professional, hard working, committed to customer service, and knowledgeable as AKO. We used AKO for our custom kitchen and for custom built in closets throughout our apartment and could not be happier. From the first meeting with AKO's in house designer to the installation process, every member of their team worked closely with us to deliver what we wanted and to provide an excellent, high quality product. I would not hesitate to work with AKO for any future project in our home, and would recommend them without reservation to future home buyers.

Recently I worked with the design team from AKO Design Center to completely refurnish my living room and dining room from top to bottom. From start to finish I experienced total professionalism and courtesy, and I couldn't be happier with the results. AKO team was absolutely amazing to work with. We built a new home and needed help with full interior design. With the help of AKO we were able to bring all of our ideas into reality. The team was very professional and full of creative ideas. They payed close attention to detail and were able to recreate our new home into a contemporary stylish living. We were impressed by the high level of skill from the team and the unsurpassed quality of the products. They've designed everything from the color of the wallpaper to our kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Their knowledge and advice on design, colors, etc was top notch. At the end our new home came out beautiful with a huge thanks to the amazing team at AKO.

My husband and I were renovating our house and found Ako design center. This place has beautiful Italian furniture that not only looks good but is also practical and affordable for what you get. We came in with some general ideas of what we wanted and the designer was very patient with us and helped steer us. We ended up with our dream home...a kitchen and closets to die for!

This company is truly amazing. I have bought a kitchen from them with installation. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff really knows what their are doing. Products the company sales are made in Italy and reflect Italian quality and style in any aspect. Price is very competitive. Company's personal made the whole process from start to finish worry free. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great modern product with competitive price and hassle free delivery and installation.

We hired AKO for a kitchen remodel project and could not be more happy about this. AKO's designer, Anya, created kitchen layout and design. She was very attentive to incorporate all our comments and wishes. From prints to the final delivery and installation, the process was very smooth! We are enjoying our kitchen very much. When we've started looking for a new kitchen, we've had three things in mind: look, quality and affordability. Over the course of month or more we've looked through a lot of options, got through a lot of ideas and search through bunch of companies. It was really time consuming thing. However. when we've found AKO Design Center, we've found all three things in their product. The modern style kitchen we've purchased from them looks very good, it has a few magic corners' mechanisms which are flawlessly working. The whole kitchen from A to Z is constructed from the good quality materials, and the price was very good to compare with other options we had. We're glad we've purchased our kitchen from AKO Design Center, and we hope that will use this company again once we have a need.
