Alan and Ann Homes furnished our newly bought Santa Barbara Condo with everything we needed; furniture, accessories, drapes, plants and more. We are so happy with the results! Because we are located on the east coast, we worked with Alan and Ann Homes through email and phone calls; they created mood boards to give us an idea of the final look, happily listened to our input and worked with us to create the exact vibe we wanted in our new condo. I had a unique situation. My brother had passed away in CA and I lived in Washington, DC. I contracted with Alan & Ann Homes to stage my brother's condo and had to trust they would do a good job. They did a fantastic job. The place looked magnificent. Every room was picture perfect. I would have wanted to buy it if I wasn't selling it. Every detail was aligned along a theme and made the spaces very inviting. I would highly recommend Alan and Ann Homes to stage your house or condo. They were very reasonable and very easy to work with.

These guys are amazing. Very flexible with changing client staging needs and absolutely nailed the look and 'vibe' for my listing. Virtually everyone that viewed the home was amazed how comfortable it felt - Just the right amount of elegance :) When we went under contract after a week, we had a very quick escrow (3 days) and Alan & Ann where there to remove the staging just as efficiently as they installed it. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

When I was selling my mom & dad's home my realtor recommended them to stage the house. I was completely blown away at how they had turned an average looking home into a place of beauty! Alan and Ann did a very effective job for putting our house in Santa Barbara for a quick sale. We did not have much time and the semi-rustic property required a curated approach to bring out the best features of the house. The project was also reasonably priced for the furnishings and logistics involved and the house sold quickly.

We hired Alan and Ann to design, purchase and install all of the furniture and furnishings for our recently-purchased 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Santa Barbara. They worked on mood boards with us up front so we could give input into the design process, and they kept us informed as they ordered and received our furniture and furnishings. Once everything arrived, they completely furnished our home in a single day, and called us in the afternoon for the big reveal. Our realtor had recommended them, and we had seen their beautiful portfolio, so we had high expectations. But we were absolutely blown away with their fantastic work. As we walked through the home and outdoor patio, we tried (unsuccessfully ) to hold back tears as we saw our condo looking like it came straight out of Architectural Digest. The attention to detail and thoughtful selection of furniture, bedding, rugs, art, plants and knick-knacks was in a word---AMAZING. Thank you Alan and Ann Homes for our beautiful home.
