The original pieces I've purchased from Alicia Dunn Art have become some of my favorites, and since I have a sister-in-law who is a fabulous painter, that's saying a lot! More than the beautiful colors, the perfect size or the facts of each design, there's a feeling or mood created from each one. Sometimes I just stop and admire the canvases that I'm lucky enough to own. Alicia's work has inspired me to search for those feelings and that quality in the rest of my home decor and design. I definitely look forward to including her art in future projects!!

Alicia is the consummate professional. She created a few custom made pieces for our home in Encinitas and for our work space and they were beautiful and well designed for the space. She is very responsive and always delivers a high quality product.

Alicia has such amazing talent. We love all her work. The way she combines colors and shapes is mesmerizing and moving. She knows how to capture the essence of energy in her painting in a balanced way and can channel that energy in a way that makes the viewer relaxed and feeling joy.

I saw this painting by Alicia Dunn at the beginning of quarantine. As soon as I saw it, I knew that it would brighten and warm my home. I could practically smell the salty air portrayed in the beautiful and bright seaside portrait. During a cold and scary time, this painting made me happy to be indoors. The artist made it easy to both purchase and ship the painting. She was flexible and responsive. I adore it, and it brightens my day every time I see it. I hope others will enjoy her work as well!

I was in need of contemporary art for a client's stairway. Alicia's art was exactly what the space called for. It brought much needed life and cool, relaxing colors to the space. While at the same time adding an unexpected pop to the stairway. The addition these pieces added was so much more than what the client and I expected. She was a pleasure to work with and accommodated the client's budget as well.

Alicia Dunn created an original contemporary abstract painting for the entryway to our house. The piece is very expressive with the use of color. It really balances movement while creating a very relaxing invitation into our home. Alicia was a great listener, gave us excellent insight as to size, color and compatibility with our home's layout and decor. We moved into our new house in the Marin county this year and undertook a major remodeling project. When the rebuild was complete, Alicia’s artworks helped bring life and warmth and made it a real home for us. We came to appreciate not only the aesthetic beauty of her paintings but more so her keen artistic instinct on how to flow color and style form the wall into our daily life.

I purchased a painting from this artist and received it promptly in perfect shape. I love the painting and it is hanging in my new house in the master bedroom (best spot for it) I love the colors, the peacefulness of the painting, and it is the centerpiece of that room. She is an amazingly talented artist. I love waking up to this painting, looking at it, and having it.

Alicia's collection of contemporary pieces are the perfect style for today! I wish I had enough room in my home for more of her art. I purchased one painting for a guest room and then had her custom paint a piece on wood for over my master bed. Her use of color and texture are what draw me to her pieces. She's a great communicator and had the items ready when she promised them.

I purchased two pieces of art from Alicia Dunn Art - both are exquisite and evocative abstract beach scenes. They add a locally significant beauty to my West Coast mid-century modern home space.
