Terrible delivery! I understand it cost extra for their white-glove treatment and I did not require it. HOWEVER, the two delivery men set the 70" credenza UPSIDE-DOWN on the floor. If I wanted it flipped upside-right, I would have to pay extra. I was given no paperwork and had to digitally sign on a cell phone screen. Hours later someone arrived with two packages that were part of the credenza. There was no way to know I should have received those, as again, there was no paperwork. I am still looking for someone to help me flip it over.

Received the dinning room chandelier from ALL MODERN with the packaging materials (outside and inside) damaged. Parts inside were miraculously ok except all bulb base deformed (I was able to straighten up by hand) and one bulb base smashed out of round. All packaging materials were thin cardboard and styrofoam sheets. None looked rigid enough to withstand transportation. Absolutely the worst shipping practice I've ever seen! I suspect they shipped one of customer returns as a new one to me. As it's beyond returnable condition, I had to use it as received with little fixing up as much as I could. The style and design looks nice. Color was darker than I anticipated. In short, the chandelier was nice design but really horrible shipping practice. I do not trust this merchant and will not buy anything ever at all. I wish I could rate "zero" or "minus" star. Even one star is overrated.

I started redecorating my apartment last year and had NOTHING but incredible service from allmodern.com. I highly recommend this site if you know about modern furniture and what you are looking for. If you are expecting the large, over stuffed look, it's not for you. Gorgeous and modern describes the style and the service is on point. Delivery always quicker than expected, quality always excellent. 5 stars

Professionals and consumers BEWARE! Recently, I ordered a dining table. Now bear in mind their warehouse is located 1 HOUR away from our home! As the expected ship date neared we donated our current table to Goodwill and used a folding table temporarily. After a month passed, I began contacting customer service every other day. They kept saying they would check with warehouse and call me back. No call-back twice! Finally I received an email delivering joyous news that our table had FINALLY shipped and was on its way (today). Again, we live an hour away... Hours later the SAME day I received a voicemail stating the table was "lost in transit" and I was refunded. WHAT! This is a lie, and feels like an inventory mistake was being corrected by giving my table to someone else because I used a promo code. There's no way my dining table was lost an hour away after being shipped hours earlier!!!!!!!!! And the representative confirmed the origin was their warehouse here near us, so why did they wait so long to ship? I am livid with this company. They are NOT trustworthy. Professionals do not buy from them. I cannot imagine if this purchase was for my work as I do set design on occasion. I will surely never place confidence in them for business-related shopping.

I am the self-appointed mascot for AllModern and Wayfair! I have had nothing but STELLAR customer service experices with this company! First and foremost, when you call their customer service line you get a live human person in under one minute and don't have to roll your eyes and 100 "press_ for _" options. You just get a person. Right away. DOPE! Then! I had a gorgeous chair in my cart and overnight the price went up $15. Bummer! Except that I called to see if I could get the lower price and a VERY nice gentleman sent the link for the lower price to my email that was good for a month or so. DOPE! Then! My chair arrives in a timely fashion and the frame is cracked :( SO bummed! So I call again and the nicest young lady sends me another chair! For free! And I didn't even have to return the cracked one. Wayfair has just found a customer FOR LIFE THIS IS HOW BUSINESS SHOULD BE DONE.

Placed an order for a table then cancelled it and they still charged me and wanted to charge me for shipping. Also cancelled the order for the chairs prior to them being shipped out and they still sent it to me. When I called to explain it to them they said my only options were to return it or get charged. I then tried to explain that I've been trying to return it for a week. I also placed an order for another set of chairs and it was being delivered to the wrong address. I corrected the address prior to the order and it reverted back to my old address. I tried explaining that to them as well and it fell on deaf ears. I don't understand how cancelled chairs arrived to the correct address but yet the other set of chairs have been rerouted throughout Westchester. Horrible experience I am completed frustrated and inconvenienced with having to call and reconfirm the address over and over. When I asked to speak to a Supervisor I was informed it would be 2 days for them to call. This has been the worst online order experience ever and I will never order from them again.

Bought an end table. Didn't arrive with the hardware. Wouldn't expedite the shipping of the hardware and didn't seem apologetic.

Ordered from this company in November for Christmas, continued to track order to see delivery date move out a few days each week. Now, 6 days before Christmas the delivery date is July 5th. Unacceptable. Emailed and called and all service reps can do is email the shipper. Not reliable at all. Too many other companies out there that you can trust to have to bother with this company.

I ordered a hall bench from them. I did not receive the bench and then got an email saying they cancelled my order. I went to repurchase it and the price went up. I contacted customer service to see what was going on and there was an error in the billing address. The email they had sent went to a spam folder. They did not offer to match their original price and were very unapologetic.

I purchased a set of 2 chairs from AllModern. Only one chair arrived so I called them. They arranged a replacement shipment but then wanted me to resend the original chair back to them in the original packaging. Now why they couldn't just send one additional chair I do not know. I will not deal with them again.

I tried 3 times to order kitchen counter stools and ship to Canada, which the site said could be done. I filled in numerous order and credit card forms and they were always rejected as not verifiable and yet the charge came off the credit card. Also, as I went through their order screens the prices kept changing. Even on the final screen where the order was accepted and my credit card charged (and then later cancelled by All Modern) the only charges shown were in USDs, not in CAN$ which is what came off my credit card. I finally gave up in disgust. Worst web site I have ever used for merchandise purchases. After asking for my Review, they won't accept the posting since it is a 1 Star rating.

All Modern is one of my go to's for on-line resourcing. I have ordered furniture pieces for an outdoor space this past summer and currently have an order in for unique, industrial lighting that will be sure to complete the space for a bedroom remodel. These pieces have shipped in a timely manner and arrive in perfect condition. Add them to your on-line resource library as well!
