Going to the empty lot, through the house design, going through the permitting process and construction, there are none better.

I hired Allstate United Contractors to continue remodeling our 1954 year old single wall constructed home in Kailua, Oahu, with a goal to replace the original ceiling, install insulation in the ceiling, remove roofing to revaluate the condition of the original mahogany roof, install sliding glass windows in the lanai room and the bedroom, repaint the entire home (inside and out), put in a concrete patio outside of the lanai. etc. We went in knowing that remodeling would find new issues. Nick Navai and his team worked diligently, efficiently, and professionally to complete the job. My home is now nearly updated, including new water piping and electrical wiring throughout the house.
