We provide custom order facility to decorators to meet specific requirements with non-traditional / unusual color combinations and designs. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service and the quality of the rug that we received from ALRUG. The rug is far superior to rugs we saw at Home Depot and local rug stores. The price was less. We've owned the rug for about 6 months and it still looks perfect. We give ALRUG our highest recommendation.

I bought a beautiful Bokhara rug. Unfortunately the floor has not been laid yet, so I am unable to show the rug off in all its glory... photos to follow as soon as the floor is done. The service was outstanding. The rug I ordered arrived within a couple of days, was well packaged and in perfect condition. Will be buying from Alrug again and recommend to all my friends.

We contacted ALRUG after searching brick and mortars in Northern California and the internet for more that 2 months for two MATCHING and very long/odd hand-knotted Bokara Pakistani hall runners (14 ft. & 17 ft.) for our home. We knew the general design, color scheme and price point we were looking for but could not find two to match.They were able to locate both for us and verbally assured us (including providing pictures) that they would match. Both were delivered directly from Pakistan to our door in 2-3 weeks in perfect shape and perfectly matching! We could not be more pleased with their service and EXCELLENT pricing. We will use them again.

I ordered a beautiful rug on Alrug. When it arrived early, it was even more beautiful than the picture. I am very happy with this all wool rug and I will definitely buy from Alrug again!

I have purschased several rugs from Al Rug.. Two of the three Rugs I so love, the other one is nice,but I did not read fine print about its pile..The company has wonderful prices and very lovely hand made carpets ..They deliver right to the door,and I am very happy to know they are so honorable with their products.
