We worked with Alison Luscher for both a master bath and kitchen remodel. She consulted with us on all the bath fixtures, MTI air tub, kitchen sink and faucet and cabinetry and hardware. Alison patiently walked through all the options, provided detailed quotes, clearly communicated every step of the way and was available at a moments notice for questions. More importantly, she advocated on our behalf when manufacturing or installation issues arose (as they inevitably do!) She designed the cabinet layout, suggesting options I didn't even know I would want. Then she came to the house to make sure the hardware was properly placed and that everything looked just right. We are thrilled with the results of both projects and wish we hadn't waited so long. We also wish we had more projects because working with Alison was such a pleasure!!! I would recommend her or any resource she refers without hesitation.

Alison is the ultimate professional. She was detail-oriented & extremely helpful with design ideas, selections that matched our home style and taste, and following up to make sure work was properly done. She was responsive from the beginning to the end of the project. Only thing we would have done differently was to listen to her recommendation for the best contractor.

Alison did a wonderful job communicating with our contractor and was very forthcoming with the pros/cons and costs of our choice of kitchen materials. She came out a variety of times to the actual site to ensure the installation (done by our contractors) was going well and even came back after we moved in to help fix a couple of small items. Alison Luscher was very professional helping design and arrange the installation of cabinets and countertops in my laundry room. She did everything that she promised to do and kept the schedule that we agreed would work best for me. She accurately measured, ordered the supplies and then did a personal follow up to see that the installation was done correctly. I would not hesitate to work with her again. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a knowledgable professional for their cabinet project.

Alison is wonderful. She helped me remodel a condo kitchen from 1000 miles away! It was a small out of date kitchen with no counter space. She figured out how to make the most of the space and now it is a wonderful, spacious kitchen. I met with her and the contractor, and after that all of the contacts were by phone and email! I would highly recommend her. Communication skills are excellent and her reliability makes her a pleasure to work with.
