Aaron remodeled our shower and did a great job at a good price. I highly recommend him. We were in constant communication and he was very responsive. I was very picky about the way I wanted the job to be done and he did everything I asked, including using the high end Schluter waterproofing system. He kept a tidy jobsite and placed protective coverings over floors and counters, and kept the dust down.

Aaron (the owner) did a great job with our new Bar addition. He was able to come up with a great design that matched our existing cabinetry in both style and color. The quality is great and the job was done on time. I highly recommend working with them.

Arron met me to review Painting and Fence repairs for a newly purchased home. I found Aaron to be professional, personable, responsive and always good at communicating. His crew did a great job painting the home's public rooms, hallways, kitchen and breakfast areas as well as the exterior Hardie Plank, front and back doors and garage door trim along with some minor damage repairs. If I were to describe working with Aaron and his crew over the course of about 4-5 days it would include, trustworthy, punctual, thorough, meticulous, good solutions to issues and challenges, of equal importance, I felt he gave me a fair price for the work to be done. Additionally, they re-aligned the hardware on my gate so it now opens and closes easily, even though that was no in the scope of work. Before I had to lift it up to get it to open and close. The paint job looks beautiful which transforms the homes appearance, fresh, new looking and attractive. Well worth the money spent. I know in any endeavor, things don’t always go as planned, but good communications all often all that’s needed when there’s a hiccup. One day there was terrible weather, I was 10 minutes late to the work site and Arron called to let me know the crew was somewhat delayed due to traffic. I had no issue with that, but appreciated him keeping informed. This is when you know you’re working with a good person. For 12 years I was involved in many projects having been the director of large home owners association with repairs, upgrades and maintenance of all facilities including play grounds, entryways, and Olympic sized pool and tennis courts. We are completely happy with our built-in cabinets & desk in the study of our new home . Thanks to Aaron Milsaps who took care of everything from listening to our vision, providing a reasonable estimate, hiring professional sub-contractors, inspecting often to ensure quality and working within our timeline. Aaron communicates well with clients and workers. We will definitely use him again for future projects.

I bought my newly constructed home in March of 2015. As a recent widow, the move was quite daunting and I was surprised at how much needed to be done even with a brand new home. Aaron was the face of the builder to me and the one I contacted for any new home hiccup. He was always prompt, friendly and helpful. He really knew all about my house and the subcontractors and helped me solve every issue. It was like having a friend to call on for help. I absolutely recommend this fine man.

Aaron helped us with the closeout of our new home. Throughout our first year we had a myriad of questions and issues arise (all standard for a new home). Aaron was always quick to respond, professional in his demeanor, and handled all our concerns making sure all was up to our standards. While we know he was handling other clients concerns and new builds, we always felt like we were a top priority.

We would highly recommend this company. After a cracked toilet tank flooded a significant portion of our home, Milsaps Home & Remodel worked quickly to repair the insulation, sheetrock, and trim torn out by the flood restoration company. Aaron and his crew worked quickly and thoroughly to get our house put back together, painted, and looking better than before. We could not be more satisfied or grateful!
