I have used iClimate to install three air conditioning units throughout the house. The first contact was very professional and friendly, although not on time. I did not expect what will come next at all. I asked if they can do an installation in a few weeks time because I had someone come in and redo the whole bathroom in a few days. They said they can do this before the bathroom and it will take just 3 days. In reality it took six days and a bit more. During the installation they installed one of the units in a different place than agreed, which meant it had to be reinstalled. They also drilled through the water pipe, which according to them was in an "unexpected" place below the boiler and above the water tap. They did fix the leak though. Once they run out of toilet paper that was in the house they started using something else and that blocked the toilet. I've spent all weekend trying to unblock the toilet they've blocked (I wasn't living in the house so it definitely wasn't me). They gave me a pack of loo rolls as an apology. I don't know if it was supposed to be some kind of a joke or not. As I said the installation took twice as long as estimated. Their estimates were almost never true. The units were finally installed though and they worked fine for a little under a year. Now one of them broke and the pump had to be replaced. They've sent someone to check it and they disconnected the pump. I was told that the new pump will arrive in a week or so. It's now almost three weeks later and after multiple emails they graciously agreed to come and fix the disconnected pump by installing a new one. However, this morning I've received a text message that they won't come to fix it because an incorrect pump was sent and they didn't check it before today. Another week has passed and they scheduled another visit. This time they even forgot to tell me that they won't come to fix the pump and I had to again reach out for updates. The pump is still not fixed. So, all in all, you can go with iClimate but expect many problems along the way, definitely lots of delays and poor communication from time to time. The units were installed and they did work, so that's why I left two stars instead of one.

Engaged to inspect my previous wine cellar air-conditioning machinery and advise on repair/replacement. On the basis of that advice, subsequently engaged to replace the entire system (external chiller, internal fan, connecting pipework, thermostat). Job done efficiently, cleanly, and courteously, and at a reasonable price (as per estimate given). Subsequent visit for minor post-installation adjustment of plant.

I can highly recommend iClimate for installation of residential air conditioning units. Adam who installed 2 Daikin units for us in July 2013 is a thorough professional who went out of his way to install the units on time and budget. There was a 25cm concrete wall which his team took over few hours to drill but they never raised an issue and continued to work till late to sort out the issue. He gave us constant feedback and work progress. In the end it was clean, professional and picture perfect installation. Highly recommended if you want excellent service.
