About Us

Anchor Iron Co is a third generation, family business located in Savage MN. The company was started in 1953 so we are proud to be celebrating 60+ years in business this year! We specialize in the manufacturing and installation of custom iron work such as interior and exterior railings, storm doors, window grills, spiral stairs, and gates. We offer no cost, no obligation estimates and year round installations.

Isn’t it nice when the stars align and you find a company that quotes accuratly, shows up on time for estimates, measurements and finish work, answers all questions promptly, completes the work on time and produces a beautiful product. After remodeling our new home for the last 8 months I didn’t think it was possible, but these guys are amazing! We wanted a modern iron wall railing for our remodel and these guys had the quickest lead time at a reasonable price. We’re going to be needing exterior railings outside this summer and we will not consider anyone else.
