My parents were moving from a house to an assisted living apartment. I contacted Lakeside Studio. Ann took immense care and detail to make sure my parents new home was perfect. She was able to use some of my parents furniture with a mix of new. It truly looked like a model apartment, yet functional and livable. I will highly recommend Ann for any redesigning needs. She came into my home that was still decorated from our original build 25 years ago. Ann brought our home, paint colors, furniture, drapes, lighting and accessories current. Ann made herself available at almost any hour. Very personable to work with as well. Ann designed our den/TV room. I was struggling with too many choices, too many decisions, and a lack of focus. Ann created a design plan and put together items that perfectly fit the shape and size of the room and created the ambiance I was hoping to achieve. Commented: How important do you think Home Staing is when selling a home?It is easier for most people to be able to gauge the size of a room when it is furnished. Typically a room appears smaller to most when it is vacant.
