Anna Mackie is a freelance London-based stylist and designer and has experience in styling high-end interior and lifestyle photography, designing installations and displays for showrooms and exhibitions as well as in traditional interior design for both residential and commercial spaces. With a love for materials, colour, form and texture, Anna utilises her eye for composition to create visually arresting imagery, often combining materials and styles in unpredictable ways.
Having trained in fashion at Bournemouth Arts University, Anna worked across the diverse mediums of video, fashion e-commerce, shoot production and web content creation. Having always been drawn to the set design and thematic story-telling nature of high-end fashion editorials, Anna found this translated into a love for interiors which led to the decision to leave her job at Stylus, a trend forecasting agency and return to university to study interior design at Chelsea School of Art. Following this she freelanced and interned again on residential and commercial interior design projects before becoming an in-house stylist for Sanderson, Zoffany, Anthology, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Scion.
Anna is available for editorial and commercial styling, interior design, set design and creative direction.
