Luca has been working with us for the past four years, first designing the exterior and interiors of our new home and then overseeing the construction for over 32 months! Luca Della Monica has been an invaluable resource for us from day one. His ability to listen and then translate words into something truly beautiful has been a constant throughout the entire process. It has been very easy for us to understand the design by looking at the many hand sketches, renderings, and 3dmodels that DELLA MONICA Studios provided throughout the design phase. Working with Luca has been a very pleasant and smooth experience for us. Now that we finally moved into our new home, we cannot express how happy we are with the results. The house that Della Monica studios designed for us is truly amazing and it is exactly what we wanted! Although the house is almost 20,000 s.f., every room is filled with a lot of natural light, the interiors also flow so well and the exteriors are a statement of beauty and elegance. For us to say that Della Monica studios exceeded our expectations is an understatement!

Architect brought in by contractor to design several options for project. Came up with unique idea to maximize kitchen space.

I consulted with Luca at Della Monica Studios to develop Conceptual & Schematic Design Drawing Documents for bidding purposes. The Scope of work included renovation of Main, Upper & Lower Level Floor Plans, and Exterior Elevations for three (3) different design options. The plans incorporated a new full Kitchen, Family Room, and Breakfast room, a Residential elevator, Powder Room & Laundry Room. Exterior facade design materials were to include stone base with precast coping, Hardieplank siding & trim, and Architectural shingles.
