Archingen has committed to refining our business structure to simplify the permit process in and around the City of Richmond for multi-family and commercial tenant fit-out projects. We focus on projects less than 20,000 square feet where the results can be planned and predictable. We specialize in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical engineering design and have created a system for projects of this nature that is easily replicated with predicable timelines and quality of work. Our goal is to make the construction process move forward as quickly as possible for small projects that are notoriously delayed by the complications and confusion behind the permit process.
