Art Custom Homes

We had our home built by Art Homes and took possession in February 2019. The possession, however, came without a garage door and driveway. The driveway construction was eventually completed in June 2022, a process that coincided with a forecast of rain on the very same day. Concerned about potential damage, we promptly informed Art Homes' sales office, but our efforts proved futile. True to our fears, the driveway sustained damage on the very day it was poured. Despite being well within the warranty period, our attempts to seek resolution through numerous emails to Art Homes' warranty department were met with utter silence. Frustrated and desperate for assistance, we escalated our concerns to the owner of Art Homes, Arman Pandher. Regrettably, our concerns fell on deaf ears, and Art Homes took no action to address the pending warranty issues, including the damaged driveway. To add insult to injury, Arman Pandher himself displayed a shocking lack of customer empathy. His response, conveyed through a text message to my wife, essentially conveyed indifference, stating that we could complain wherever we pleased. The after-sale service provided by Art Homes is nothing short of pathetic. It appears that once they secure your payment during the sales process, any commitment to customer satisfaction evaporates. The lack of urgency and accountability in addressing warranty concerns, especially during the covered period, is deeply disappointing. The failure to honor their commitment within the warranty timeframe, coupled with the dismissive attitude displayed by the owner, Arman Pandher, has left us disillusioned and dissatisfied. Art Homes has undeniably lost us as potential future customers, and we feel compelled to share our experience to caution others considering their services. In summary, Art Homes' neglect of their warranty obligations, coupled with a disinterested owner, has left us regretting our decision to choose them as our home builder. Future customers beware: Art Homes seems to prioritize sales over service, leaving you to fend for yourself once the deal is done.

From start to finish, Every single stage, not good at all. I had worst experiences entire whole my life. It's almost 1M house, but quality is worth than non experience guy's first shed.
