DO NOT buy from Artemano!!! I have waited over 11 weeks, and spent no less than 12 hours on the phone with customer service and then I received the WRONG table. The table just showed up on a random day after trying fruitlessly to get a tracking number week after week to ensure I would be home for such an expensive purchase. I'm not being compensated in any way either for the waste of time. I have never been so furious with a company and the incredible lack of honesty. They continually lied saying they were waiting for the specific table that I had photos of was being repackaged in their warehouse, which obviously wasn't true. Do not waste your time!

We ordered a dining table from them and what they delivered to us is completely different to what we ordered. 1- table top does not match the legs 2- many and many scratches and dents 3- table legs do not match each other And they refuse to return. If you value your money do not waste it here

When your looking for something original , stop searching go directly to ARTEMENO, I first saw them at a designer show in Montreal, I immediately feel in love with the organic woods the natural leathers, the comfortable seating, Since then whenever I have a client that is searching all that is natural ,organic and original I send them to Artemano, The staff is very friendly and they are there to help and serve you well.

Artemano is a very unique store and every piece of furniture has a story I was amazed on how staff was so knowledgeable on all their items. Staff took the time to go through the store with me and my husband and made us feel welcomed and comfortable it was a unique shopping experience and we were never pressured into purchasing anything. We did purchased several pieces of furniture and I was impressed on the friendly professional service from point of sale to the delivery, even the delivery company was impressive making sure that care was taken with each piece and that there was no damage or mess to our home. Even after we purchased the pieces and had a few questions staff at Artemano quickly answered all our questions . We love that every piece of furniture is unique and we will continue to shop at there. I would recommend anyone who is looking for items of quality and amazing customer service to shop at Artemano.

I went to Artemano in Dix30 in Brossard in early March 2014 to get ideas to furnish the dining room of my newly remodeled house. I was served by Annie and Sandra. The service was extraordinary. Not only were they both knowledgeable about the products and services, but they were helpful, courteous and solution oriented. I also managed to furnish my dining room at great prices offered. I was totally impressed. Thank you!

I've purchased 4 items from Artemano over the past few years; a coffee table, TV stand, mirror, and most recently a suar wood dining table. The furniture is beautiful and very well made. I have to say, their furniture and customer service both get an A+ from me. I had Artemano take care of the delivery for me this most recent time and it arrived quicker than I expected and the delivery guys even set it up in the kitchen for me! 5 stars
